The reeds: their clamor comes.

نی‌ها. همهمه‌شان می‌آید.

The birds: their murmur comes.

مرغان؛ زمزمه‌شان می‌آید..

The door open, and the gaze scant,

در باز و نگه کم

and a message gone into the directionlessness of the plain.

و پیامی رفته به بی‌سویی دشت

A cow beneath the poplars,

گاوی زیر صنوبرها

eternity upon the hedges.

ابدیت روی چپرها.

From the base of every leaf, an illusion hanging,

از بن هر برگی وهمی آویزان

and no word.

و کلامی نی.

No name.

نامی نی.

Below, the road of colorlessness.

پایین. جاده بیرنگی.

Above, the sun of harmony.

بالا. خورشید هم آهنگی.
